Main Features

 

  • BH-FA600 Turret slitter rewinder with robot belongs to separate horizontal type duplex turret slitting machine, unwind and rewind's operation are designed at two sides;
  • The whole machine has 6 sets of main motors and 5 sets of assisted motors to control different units ( unwind motor-1pc, to control unwind tension; traction-1pc, to control traction drive; rewind up/down shaft each 2pcs, independent control up/bottom rewinding shaft`s tension, keep the rewinding power more stable during slitting narrow width or wide width).
  • The unwinding frame is hydraulic lifting via pneumatic unit, the unwinding seat is with motor and screw to movement, and air cylinder assists clamp raw material, easy to operate and loading material;
  • The rewinding discharging has auto-pushed rolls device. It could be equipped with robot-assisted unloading method, more automated and saves human labor. To make unloading and palletizing easier.

1. Unwinding Part

 

  • Unwinding Method: Unwinding width is via motor combined with lead screw to adjust, air cylinder assist clamp rolls; adopting hydraulic lifting unit to realize auto feeding rolls, to reduce labour strength; Unwinding tension is motor control.

  • Unwinding Web Guide System: Adopting Germany BST import CCD web guide system, tracking material edge or printing line, with electrical fine tuning function, it allows the machine to quick adjust photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

  • Unwinding Control: There are functions like start, stop, speed control and unwinding tension adjusting, synchronize with rewinding part, displaying machine speed, unwinding tension, rewinding tension, rewinding meters, etc. Unwinding added the monitor unit, it could review the raw material's state in rewinding side.

 

2. Traction device

 

  • Traction Drive: Traction roller is driven by import Synchronous servomotor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, and less power loss.
  • Traction Roller: Traction roller is mirror polished steel roller, via dynamic and static balancing correction, the feature is stable operation, no vibration source, fits for wider range material and high-speed application.
  • Traction Press Roller: Traction press roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, pneumatic control for traction press roller rising and falling, adjustable pressure.
  • Measure Length: Adopting built-in encoder of servomotor to detect the working length, with high precision and high resolution, accumulative measuring length, and automatic stop to the number.

 

3. Slitting Unit

 

  • Slitting Method: According to different materials, it could choose razor knife or pneumatic cutter device.
  • Knife Holder Quantity: 8 knife holders with scale, easy for changing.
  • Pneumatic Cutter: It has pneumatic cutter device, standard 8 sets of cutters. (Note: In high running speed period, suggest the pneumatic cutter the most cutter device consider of the blade cost and using life.)

  • Safety Protection: It has protection cover at slitting device, to keep safety.

 

4. Trimming Edge

 

  • Edge Material Treatment: The suction device is equipped with guiding tube to successfully suck out the edge material. The edge material exit is located on the right side of the machine. (The direction of the edge material exit can be customized).
  • Trimming Edge Rewinding Machine(Option 1-01 set): Independent device. The same speed up / down with main machine, it could collect trimming edge to keep the workshop clean and tidy.

5. Rewinding Device

 

  • Rewinding Method: Duplex turret type rewinding and discharging, equipped with 3inches pneumatic double-ball friction shafts-4pcs, via Pneumatic system drives automatic radial friction regulation, offset rewinding variable diameter cause to tension changing, to realize auto taper control; it could reach auto change-over rewinding once reaching target meters, then inside 2pcs working shaft could auto increase speed after auto flying knife cutting material.

  • Rewinding Discharging Frame (auto pushing rolls device combined with unloading frame): It has auto pushing finished rolls device, with independent discharging rack. This discharging frame with self-locking function, the discharging arm length is 1100mm.
  • Option 2: The independent auto pushing type discharging rack could connect with robot assisted unloading finished rolls to plate for stacking.
