1. Unwinding Part
- Unwinding method: Adopting shaft-less mechanical cone head chuck, which can move left and right.Unwinding frame straight up and down by the motor control, to reduce labor intensity. Unwinding cones can be 3inch, 6inch or 3+6 pieces.
- Web guiding: This high speed slitting machine adopts the BST web guiding system imported from Germany, tracking material edge or printed line, with an electrical fine-tuning function, it allows the machine to quickly adjust the photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

- Web guiding fine tuning: A synchronous motor is used to control the fine-tuning left shift and fine-tuning right shift of the photoelectric axis so that the photoelectric fine-tuning function can be operated on the operating surface.
- Adjusting device: The unwinding aluminum guiding roller has front and back adjusting devices, make material to the full extent of paralleling with the guiding roller to ensure the rewinding accuracy and quality.
- Unwinding tension detection: The unwinding tension is realized by two weighing pressure sensors, a tension amplifier combined with a vector frequency converter, and a frequency conversion motor. The output torque of the frequency conversion motor makes the material film produce a certain tension to ensure the tension of the material film. Constant surface tension control.
- Unwinding control: There are functions like start, stop, speed control and unwinding tension adjusting, synchronizing with rewinding part, displaying machine speed, unwinding tension, rewinding tension, and rewinding length.
- Unwinding splicing plate: A humanized slope pneumatic splicing plate is designed to quickly splice material and to improve efficiency.

2. Traction Part
- Traction drive: The traction roller is driven by a servo motor, The traction motor has brake function (brake function is valid or invalid with switch control in the touch screen),arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.

- Traction roller: The traction roll is made of steel (mirror roll), after dynamic and static balancing correction, the feature is stable operation, has no vibration source, and fits a wider range of materials and high-speed application.
- Traction lay-on roller: The traction lay-on roller is a rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, pneumatic control for traction lay-on roller rising and falling, and adjustable pressure.
- Measure length: Inverter motor, built-in encoder feedback PLC for working length detection, with high precision and high resolution, accumulative measuring length, and automatic stop to the number.
- Speed display: Using a dot matrix screen display, PLC485 communication connected to the screen, the display of the current real-time speed is consistent with the speed in the touch screen.
3. Slitting Part
- Slitting method: Razor cutter slitting.
- Razor cutter: With 10 sets.
- Safety protection: install safety protection on the slitting part.
- Transition guide roller: Transition drive rubber roller, surface diamond-shaped cross lines, so that the material in the process of high-speed operation is more smooth fit.
4. Trimming Edge Part
- Edge material treatment: The suction device is equipped with a guiding tube to successfully suck out the edge material. The edge material exit is located on the right side of the machine. (The direction of the edge material exit can be customized)

5. Rewinding Part
- Rewinding method: Side-arm type unloading, with 3-inch pneumatic differential slip shaft, by pneumatic system drives automatic radial friction adjustment, offset tension changing caused by rewinding diameter changing, achieving automatic taper control.

- Rewinding drive: Rewinding is driven by a servo motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, and less power loss.

- Paper tube positioning: Rewinding infrared paper tube positioning, ensuring the right position of paper tube, minimizing film loss, standard equipment of 8 sets.

- Back pressure roller: The rewinding contact pressure roller is controlled by an air cylinder, the contact roller is controlled by a precision regulator valve, it is made of rubber and the air pressure can be adjusted according to rewinding requirements. Working state: rise, fall, float.
- With automatic unloading device, active discharge electrostatic eliminator for rewinding and unwinding.


6. Electrical and Pneumatic Part
- Drive: High performance servo motor is adopted to achieve high precision speed.
- Control: The host adopts The host adopts Siemens PLC program control(BST/Germany), man-machine interface to set running parameters and monitor the running state.
- Circuit layout: All circuits are enclosed laid to minimize human operating error.
- Pneumatic components: The selection and designing of pneumatic components is well considered, SMC pneumatic components are used in the electrical components of the whole machine.




7. Other Parts
- The machine wall is high strength and low stress. It is stable after twice stress relieving.
- FAG bearings are adopted in all spinning parts.
- All machine units are processed in the CNC machine center.
