1. Unwinding part

3. Rewinding part
Rewinding mechanism: The slitting small roll material enters the rewinding part, and the rewinding mechanism is usually composed of one or more rewinding shafts. The rewinding shaft rotates under the drive of the motor to rewind the slitting small roll material into a neat and tight roll.
Tension control: During the rewinding process, a tension control system is also required to ensure the quality of the rewinding. The tension control system will automatically adjust the rewinding tension according to factors such as the diameter change of the roll and the production speed, so that the roll maintains the appropriate tightness during the rewinding process.
Roll diameter detection: The diameter of the rewinding roll is detected in real time through sensors and other devices. When the roll reaches the set diameter, the rewinder will automatically stop or change the roll.
4. Control system
The control system of the turret slitting rewinder is usually composed of PLC (programmable logic controller), touch screen, sensor and actuator. The operator can input slitting parameters such as slitting width, rewinding speed, tension, etc. through the touch screen. PLC controls the motor speed, turret rotation, tool position adjustment, etc. according to these parameters to realize the automatic operation of the equipment. At the same time, the sensor will monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time, such as tension, speed, reel diameter, etc., and feed this information back to PLC so that PLC can make real-time adjustments and fault diagnosis.
