Product Description
- The BHL-450A high speed plastic film slitter rewinder machine belongs to a vertical type structure, 3 sets of motor controls, and each motor controls each unit to reach the best slitting effect. Unwinding (φ800) and rewinding (φ450) are designed on the same side of operation.
- Unwinding adopted 1 sets of magnetic powder brake, traction with 1 set of 2.2kw Danma-motor; upper & bottom rewinding shafts each use 1 set of 2.2kw Danma-motor, Independently control the upper & bottom rewinding shafts' tension.
- The unwinding frame's lifting system is controlled by a hydraulic oil cylinder combined with a linear guide, easy operation for feeding raw material.
- Unloading via human pushing finished rolls(without discharging frame).
- Razor knife adopted razor knife, suit for slitting normal plastic films. The round shear cutter device is an optional function.
