Safety Operating Procedures For Rewinding Machines

Startup inspection and preparation:
1. Confirm that the maintenance work has been completed, the equipment installation has been restored and improved, and the maintenance personnel have moved away from the site.
2. Clean up all debris on the work surface such as the walking platform, rack, operation platform, and equipment surroundings to ensure that the equipment and work surface are clean and tidy. Conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure that the equipment is ready for startup.
3. Check whether the instruments and air source pressure on the control panel are normal.
4. Is the paper edge air duct unobstructed.
5. Whether the pulper and pulp pump are operating normally, whether the white water pipe may be opened, and whether the water pipe is normal.
6. Check if the cutting is normal and verify the dimensions.
7. Check if the paper core size is qualified, and it must be strictly selected before machine operation.
Power on preparation:
1. Turn on the rewinding hydraulic pulper and paper edge fan.
2. Press the crawl button to activate the paper feeding belt.
3. Tear the paper web into an arrow shape, from the operating side of the equipment, from top to bottom, through the guide roller and arc-shaped roller, and enter the paper feeding belt from below the slitting blade.
