Product Description
- BH-FC600 high speed plastic film slitter machine belongs to horizontal type structure, unwinding (φ1000) and rewinding (φ600) are designed at two sides of operation. Suitable for slitting rolling type of BOPP/ CPP/ PET/ PE/ laminated film/ metalized film/ paper, etc.
- Unwinding adopted 1 sets of magnetic powder brake, traction with 1 set of 4KW Asynchronous servo motor; upper & bottom rewinding shafts each use 1 set of 4KW Asynchronous servo motor, Independently control the upper & bottom rewinding shafts tension.
- The unwinding frame's lifting system is controlled by hydraulic unit, easy operation for feeding raw material.
- Unloading via human pushing finished rolls to the unloading rack position, auto pushing device is an optional function.
- The unloading rack adopts a parallel rotary discharge structure and manually operates the rotary.
- Razor knife adopted razor knife, suit for slitting normal plastic films. The round shear cutter device is an optional function.
