• The BHL-450B automatic plastic film roll slitting machine belongs to a vertical type structure, unwinding and rewinding are designed at the same side of the operation.
• The unwind motor is controlled by a (5.5KW) synchronous servo motor, traction with 1set of 3KW Asynchronous servo motor; upper & bottom rewinding shaft each use 1set of 4.4KW Asynchronous servo motor, Independently control the upper & bottom rewinding shafts' tension.
• The unwinding frame's lifting system is controlled by a hydraulic unit, easy to operate for feeding raw material.
• The unloading part is equipped with automatic unloading and turning unloading function
• Automatic unloading adopts an SMC rodless cylinder imported from Japan to push unloading, which makes unloading easier.
• The turning unloading function adopts a pneumatic cylinder as the power source, which prompts the upper axle of the material rolls to turn over to the appropriate operating position of the operator.
