1. Unwinding part

3. Rewinding part

4. Electrical control system

The electrical control system usually consists of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen, sensor, motor driver, etc. The operator can set parameters such as slitting width, rewinding speed, tension, etc. through the touch screen, and monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time. PLC controls the motor speed, tool position, tension, etc. according to the preset parameters and the signal feedback from the sensor to realize the automatic operation of the equipment.
