BJP-D1300 Series automatic high speed inspection and rewinding machine is developed for rewinding and surface defects, with forward and backward running functions, it could quickly and easily rewind the fixed length and bi-directional rewinding. Also reserved the installing space for camera offline detection system or surface corona treatment station. 1. Unwinding Part

• Materail frame: Shaftless unwinding frame, hydraulic lifting feeding material( cone type unwinding frame, unwinding frame is raised by hydraulic device, easy for unloading and loading material)

 

 

• Unwind clamping material method: Clamping material via reducing motor combined withlead screw, easier to operate, and left & right unwinding frame could move in same time or individual move.

 

 

• Web guide system: Adopting Germany E+L import CCD web guiding system, tracking material edge or printed line.

 

 

• Electrical fine tuning function: it allows machine to quick adjust photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

 

 

• Unwind tension: Auto tension control(encoder detects tension, calculation method detect diameter to realize more precise material tension).
• Unwind AC DANMA- Motor drive, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.

 

 

• Unwinding balance alarming.
• Adjusting device : Manual rotary adjusting wheel, adopt screw and guide rail mechanism. Both side of guide roller can be adjusted, increase the adjustment angle.

 

 

• Integrated pneumatic press roller device: Pneumatic control press roller's raising and falling, and the pressure value could be adjusted, suit for different wide materials, to avoid changing roller size frequently.

 

 

2. Traction

• Traction drive: The traction roller is driven by Danma-motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, and less power loss.

 

 

• Traction roller: The traction roller is mirror polished steel roller, via dynamic and static balancing correction, the feature is stable operation, no vibration source, fits for wider range material and high-speed applications.
• Traction lay-on roller: The traction press roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, pneumatic control for traction press roller rising and falling, and adjustable pressure.

 

3. Rewind

• Adopting High strength low stress steel wallboard.
• The wall board has good stability after secondary stress relief.
• Import CNC processing, high precision.
• Reserved the installing space for camera offline detection system.

5. Air circuit system

• Adopted pneumatic executing device, centralize operate by panel, executed by solenoid valve.
• To ensure machine's function, that main pneumatic components are using import brand.

• Human-computer interface displayed setting detection speed, length, metering length, tension setting, taper setting.
