Function Description
1. Unwinding Part
- Unwinding Method: Unwinding width is adjusted by the speed reducer with the screw, which can realize the left and right unwinding frame to move individually, and can also make the material frame to move synchronously. Adopting hydraulic up and down swing mechanism to realize the automatic winding to reduce the labor intensity. The unwinding tension adopts the motor control.

- Web guiding: Adopting Germany E+L imported CCD web guiding system, tracking material edge or printed line, with electrical fine tuning function, it allows machine to quick adjust photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

- Adjust device: Unwinding aluminum guiding roller has front and back adjusting devices, make material to the full extent of paralleling with guiding roller in order to ensure the rewinding accuracy and quality.

2. Traction Part
- Traction drive: Traction roller is driven by one set of Synchronous servomotor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.
- Traction roller: Traction roller is mirror polished steel roller, via dynamic and static balancing correction, the feature is stable operation, no vibration source, fits for wider range material and high-speed application.
- Traction press roller: Traction press roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, pneumatic control for traction press roller rising and falling, adjustable pressure.
- Measure length: adopting built-in encoder of servomotor to detect the working length, with high precision and high resolution, accumulative measuring length, and automatic stop to the number.
3. Slitting Unit
- Slitting method: adopting flat knife cutting, hanging slitting or groove slitting can be chose according to different materials.
- Groove roller: Groove roller after anodic treatment to enhance rigidity and quality, specification is groove width 2mm and groove stem 1mm to fit for more kinds of plastic film.
- Knife holder quantity: 10 PCS of knife holders, easy for changing.
4. Trimming Edge
- Edge material treatment: Suction device is equipped with guiding tube to successfully suck out the edge material. The edge material exit is located on the right side of the machine. (The direction of the edge material exit can be customized).
- Trimming edge rewinding device: Adopting the integrated design with the host, which not only saves floor space but also increases the coordination and overall appearance of the whole machine.
5. Rewinding Device
- Rewinding method: side arm type rewinding and discharging, equipped with 3inches pneumatic single-ball friction shafts-2pcs, via Pneumatic system drives automatic radial friction regulation, offset rewinding variable diameter cause to tension changing, to realize auto taper control.
- Rewinding drive: upper and bottom rewinding shafts both adopted servomotor separate drive, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.

- Paper tube positioning: Rewinding infrared light paper tube positioning, ensure the right position of paper tube, minimize film loss, standard equipment of 8 sets.

- Back pressure roller: Rewinding touching roller is controlled by air cylinder, contact roller is controlled by precision regulator valve, it is made of rubber and the air pressure can be adjusted according to rewinding requirements.
- Automatic unloading: adopting Japan SMC rodless cylinder as the power source to achieve one-key automatic unloading function, in order to reduce the labor intensity of the operator and make the unloading operation more simplified and humanized.

6. Electrical and Pneumatic
- Control: The host is controlled by Panasonic PLC, set operating parameters on interface and monitor working status.

- Interface: The whole machine adopted double HMI control (rewind-10" & unwind-7")

- Pneumatic components: The selection and designing of pneumatic components is well considered, all electrical and pneumatic components are domestic and overseas famous brands due to the machine function have many automation and control.
