1. Unwinding

 

• Unwinding method: active unwinding, Asynchronous servomotor control tension, side arm type air shaft support material, automatic fill-in air, equipped with 3 inches air shaft.
• Web guide system: It adopted high quality analog quantity web guide system to track printing line or material's edge.

 

• Unwinding tension detection: Load cell detects tension, PLC automatic calculate and control.
• Unwinding splicing table: pneumatic press type splicing table, easy connect roll.
• Unwinding lay-on roller: assisted contact type lay-on roller, control by precision regulator valve, the touching pressure value could be adjustable.
• Diameter calculate: It collect by built-on encoder directly, with balance alarming function, it could be adjustable.

2. Traction

 

• Traction drive: Asynchronous servomotor as independent driving, And the others adopt arc-gear synchronous belt wheel transmisson.
• Traction roller: Rubber traction roller is steel roller via mirror polishing treatment, with dynamic balance treatment, stable running, no vibration source.

 

 

• Traction lay-on roller: Traction lay-on roller is rubber roller with dynamic & static balancing correction. It adopts pneumatic control with adjustable pressure for rising and falling the traction lay-on roller.
• Measure length: built-in encoder detects material length, with high accuracy and high resolution, automatic measuring, stop for the actual production demand in matter.

 

3. Rewind

 

• Rewinding method: side arm type air shaft support material, automatic fill-in air, equipped with 3 inches air shaft.
