What Is A Rewinding Inspection Machine
Aug 14, 2024
The rewinding inspection machine is a specialized equipment for paper production, which is used to sequentially rewire the paper rolls (called raw paper rolls) produced by the paper machine. After rewinding, the paper is made into finished paper and sent out of the factory.
The use of AC drive instead of DC drive in rewinding inspection machines has become a development trend in the paper machinery industry. The paper roll produced by the paper rolling machine is relatively soft and may have internal damage or breakage, uneven edges on both sides, and a wide width that cannot be directly used in paper processing or printing machines. Most types of paper (such as news paper, relief printing paper, packaging paper, etc.) must undergo edge cutting, slitting, jointing, and rewinding on the paper roll core to form a finished paper roll with certain specifications and tightness requirements before leaving the factory. The rewinding process mainly completes three tasks: firstly, cutting off the raw paper burrs; Secondly, cut the entire raw paper into several widths that meet the user's specifications; Thirdly, control the roll diameter of the finished paper roll to meet the factory specifications.
